Privacy Policy

How Prompt Pros LLC handles information related to our website, services, and apps.

Effective date: September 1, 2026 · Last updated: September 2026
Entity: Prompt Pros LLC (Florida, United States)
Privacy contact: hello@promptprosllc.com

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy describes how Prompt Pros LLC (“Prompt Pros,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information in connection with:

  • Our website at promptprosllc.com and related pages we operate;
  • Apps published under Prompt Pros LLC (including App Store listings that link here), except where a specific app provides its own privacy notice;
  • Business communications when you contact us by email or otherwise engage us for services.

This policy is intended for a United States audience, including Florida. It is not legal advice. If an individual app has additional or different privacy terms, those terms control for that app to the extent of any conflict, and we will link them from the relevant App Store listing when applicable.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide

When you email us or otherwise contact us, we receive the content of your message and any contact details you include (such as your name, email address, phone number if you choose to provide one, and organization). If you engage us for professional services, we may also receive project-related information you supply (requirements, documents, credentials you choose to share, feedback, and billing details as needed to contract and invoice).

Information from apps

Apps under Prompt Pros LLC may collect information necessary to operate the product—for example, account identifiers you create, content you enter, device type, OS version, crash diagnostics, and settings. What each app collects depends on that app’s features. Where required, we describe app-specific practices in the App Store privacy labels and any app-specific privacy notice.

Automatically collected website data

Like most websites, our hosting environment or server logs may automatically receive technical information such as IP address, browser type, referring URL, pages requested, and timestamps. We do not currently operate a first-party analytics product that builds detailed behavioral profiles of website visitors. If we later enable analytics (for example, privacy-respecting or third-party analytics), we will update this policy to describe what is collected and by whom.

Cookies and similar technologies

Our marketing website is primarily static and does not require accounts or tracking cookies to function. Your browser may still send standard request headers to our host. If we introduce cookies or similar technologies in the future (for analytics, preferences, or security), we will disclose that here and, where required, provide appropriate choices.

3. How we use information

We use information we collect to:

  • Respond to inquiries and provide support (including App Store support requests);
  • Deliver, maintain, and improve our website, apps, and services;
  • Communicate about projects, contracts, invoices, and service updates;
  • Protect security, prevent abuse, and comply with law;
  • Enforce our Terms of Use and other agreements.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. AI tooling and third-party processors

In providing services and, in some cases, operating apps, we may use third-party tools and infrastructure, including:

  • Hosting and email providers that process communications and site traffic;
  • Cloud platforms used to build, host, or monitor applications;
  • Third-party AI APIs and model providers, when a project or product feature relies on them.

Important about AI providers: When we (or an app we operate) send prompts, documents, or other inputs to a third-party AI API, that data may be processed by the AI provider according to that provider’s terms and privacy policy. We do not control those providers’ independent practices. We select tools appropriate to the engagement and will discuss data-handling expectations with clients when AI processing is part of a project. Do not submit information to us or to our apps that you are not authorized to share, especially sensitive personal data, unless we have expressly agreed on appropriate safeguards.

Other processors (payment processors, analytics vendors if added later, App Store platforms such as Apple) may receive information necessary to provide their services, under their own policies.

5. How we share information

We may share information:

  • With service providers who assist us (hosting, email, development tools, AI APIs) under contractual or platform terms;
  • With professional advisors (legal, accounting) when needed;
  • If required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request;
  • In connection with a business transfer (for example, merger or asset sale), subject to appropriate protections;
  • With your direction or consent.

App Store platforms (such as Apple) independently collect information under their own privacy policies when you download or use apps.

6. Retention

We retain information as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above—such as responding to support requests, fulfilling contracts, maintaining business records, resolving disputes, and meeting legal obligations. Retention periods vary by context. You may ask us about deletion of information you provided; we will evaluate requests subject to legal and contractual needs.

7. Security

We take reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information we handle. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Please use strong unique passwords where apps offer accounts, and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access related to our services.

8. Children’s privacy

Our website and typical services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it. Apps intended for other age ranges, if any, will disclose requirements in their store listings.

9. Your choices and U.S. state privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain personal information, or to appeal a decision regarding your request. Florida and other U.S. state laws may provide additional rights for consumers in those states. To exercise a privacy request, email hello@promptprosllc.com with “Privacy Request” in the subject line and enough detail for us to verify and respond. We will not discriminate against you for exercising rights available under applicable law.

Because our marketing site is static and we primarily receive information you email to us, many requests can be handled by reviewing and deleting correspondence we hold, subject to legitimate retention needs.

10. International visitors

We are based in the United States. If you access our site or services from outside the U.S., you understand that information may be processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country.

11. Third-party links and services

Our site or apps may link to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Review their policies before providing information.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a revised effective or “last updated” date. Continued use of the website or relevant services after changes means you acknowledge the updated policy. For material changes affecting apps, we may provide additional notice through the app or store listing when appropriate.
