Separate written agreements (statements of work, master services agreements, licenses, or App Store terms) may apply to paid engagements or specific apps. If those agreements conflict with these Terms, the specific agreement controls for that engagement or app.
2. Who we are

3. Website use
You may use the website for lawful, personal, or internal business informational purposes. You agree not to:
- Attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the site or related systems;
- Scrape or harvest content in a manner that impairs the site or violates law;

Descriptions of services on this website are informational. Engaging Prompt Pros for custom apps, AI workflow design, assistants, automation, enablement, or support requires mutual agreement on scope, fees, timelines, and deliverables—typically documented in writing (email confirmation or formal contract).

5. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- Website content (text, design, logos, and graphics we create) is owned by Prompt Pros LLC or used under license;
- You may not copy, modify, or redistribute site materials for commercial purposes without our prior written consent;
- Ownership of custom work product delivered under a client engagement is governed by the applicable services agreement;
- “Prompt Pros,” “Prompt Pros LLC,” and related marks are used to identify our company. Third-party names and marks appearing on this site are the property of their respective owners.
6. Apps
Apps published under Prompt Pros LLC may be subject to additional terms (including end-user license terms presented at download or in-app) and to the platform provider’s terms (for example, Apple’s App Store terms). Privacy practices for apps are described in our Privacy Policy and any app-specific notices linked from the store listing.
7. Third-party tools and links
We may recommend, integrate, or rely on third-party platforms, APIs (including AI model providers), and services. Those third parties are independent. Their availability, pricing, policies, and performance are outside our control except as we expressly agree in a client contract. Links on our site do not constitute endorsement.
8. Disclaimers of warranty
THE WEBSITE AND ANY INFORMATION ON IT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PROMPT PROS LLC AND ITS OWNERS, MEMBERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE OR RELIANCE ON ITS CONTENT, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE WEBSITE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100). LIABILITY FOR PAID SERVICES IS GOVERNED BY THE APPLICABLE SERVICES AGREEMENT.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
10. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Prompt Pros LLC and its owners, members, officers, employees, and agents from and against claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your misuse of the website, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party right in connection with your use of the site.

12. Changes

Exclusive venue for disputes arising out of these Terms or the website that are not subject to a different agreement shall be in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there, except where prohibited by law.
14. Miscellaneous
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms constitute the entire agreement regarding website use, superseding prior website terms, and do not alter signed client contracts.
